I googled this and there was a thread where arturia said ": erase the file to force the rebuilt " = still. as soon as i laucnh a recent built this get to 50 ko and results : ALL my presets (all arturia's ) gone !!! there's a file in program data/arturia/ presets called DB3 witch is baically the database, and it's usually like 28 mb or some. īasically all those recent build erase all my presets. i didn't care until then cause i used old built but i really want pigments 2 now that it has granular. Ok every release (built) verison from arturia since may does this behavior, and this one is no exeption. Guyz i really need your help on this one, been in touch with support since one month and nada !!!
